Tommygun,
I just tried and I keep getting a runtime error when I try to add a folder. I'm able to select pics in a folder. The other problem is half the window when running is cut off so I can't see several buttons on the program.
Oh Well!

give me some more specifics as to what error your getting, I would redownload all three files from rapidshare and reinstall from scratch.

Tommygun, I followed the steps but only get the code for the "upped with PicUp" line. The pictures aren't loading. You can see it in the failed "Girls of Pixotna" post that someone will have to delete.
Thanks,
Canis
well first of all it does not look like you put the other two .ini files in the same directory as the program since it is coming up in a language other than English. Make sure that all three files from rapidshare are in one directory. Sounds like this may be Canis's problem also.
Also when the initial message comes up when loading the program (in german) asking if you want to upgrade always answer no. If you answered yes reload the application and the .ini files.
i didnt put the english in the directory the first time, weil ich spreche ein bischen deutsche!
however, doing so per your instructions still gets me the partial screen.
i deleted the entire program and when i was prompted at the beginning to get the 'neue' release i chose nein!
(see below...) also, on a side note, i am trying to use cuteFTP as a side step, but imagevenue will not accept my connect. any other good and acceptable photo servers that i can try?
